What's new:

  [*]  Asterisk: Fix CVE-2016-9938 issue of Asterisk chan_sip causes ability to make SIP calls via skip auth. 
  [*]  app_counters: Now app_counters does not flood the VERBOSE log of Asterisk
  [.]  Asterisk: Changed the default level verbose on startup Asterisk as 0. Please use "core set verbose 3" during Alvis Setup if needed.
  [+]  RtpBridge: Disconnection on Media RTP Packets absense has been added for the SIP calls (rtptimeout). Default timeout is 60 seconds.
  [+]  App_counters: Asterisk cli has been enhanced for the counters: new "human" mode to display them in table layout and "nonzero" to skip display of counters with 0 alarms.
  [+]  chan_sip: Add possibility ignoring 403 code at sip registrations, use register_retry_403=yes in sip*.conf
  [.]  Replacing ntpdate by ntpd is updating time not only in the system startup.
